We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team of Financial Advisers/Planners in Durbanville. The ideal candidate will manage a dedicated portfolio of clients while handling critical administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new and existing business for investments, risk policies, medical aid, trusts, and estates.
  • Monitor and manage client reviews, follow-ups, and requests.
  • Coordinate the broker’s diary and serve as the primary liaison between clients and insurance providers.
  • Assist with deceased estate administration and trust-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12 qualification is essential.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (read, write, speak).
  • Must have own reliable transport.
  • Strong understanding of compliance legislation (FICA/FAIS/POPIA/TCF).
  • Extensive experience with at least two investment platforms (Ninety-One, Allan Gray, Glacier).
  • Experience with at least two life insurance platforms (Discovery, Momentum, Sanlam).
