F&I Manager – Morgan Group (Ermelo & Standerton)
Morgan Isuzu Ermelo and Standerton is seeking a skilled Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide customers with expert financial and insurance solutions while driving profitability for the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize second gross profitability by identifying customer needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
- Present approved Value-Added Products (VAPs) and services to clients.
- Ensure compliance and mitigate risk for the dealership.
- Liaise with banks and insurance providers to secure competitive quotes.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Guide customers through financial and insurance processes.
- Manage month-end reporting and reconciliation.
Requirements
- Matric qualification.
- FAIS compliance, NCA registration, and RE5 certification.
- 3–5 years of F&I experience in the motor industry.
- Strong administrative, numerical, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Must be “Fit and Proper” in terms of experience, qualifications, and integrity.
- Up-to-date Class of Business certification.
- Proficiency in dealer platforms (e.g., Seriti).
