The P40 Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales and supporting store operations. This role focuses on merchandise presentation and assisting management with daily store activities, ensuring a highly customer-focused environment.

• Previous sales experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to plan and prioritize daily tasks effectively
• Computer literacy
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work under pressure
• High integrity and initiative

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Protect all store assets, including stock, cash, physical property, staff, and customers
• Implement company policies and procedures effectively
• Maintain store or department layout according to standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
• Ensure proper administration of stockroom, markdowns, and lay-bys
• Manage merchandise replenishment and housekeeping efficiently
