About the Program:
The Area Growth Manager is responsible for accelerating growth of the Flash footprint across assigned sales channels, increasing device adoption, and driving sustainable turnover growth within the region.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Expand the Flash footprint across all assigned sales channels in the area.
  • Drive Flash device sales to grow regional turnover and market penetration.
  • Increase overall turnover across devices and payment channels in line with strategy and performance targets.
  • Grow the acquiring base by maintaining high adoption rates when placing Flash devices.
  • Deliver in-store training on all Flash products during every visit.
  • Build and maintain strong trader relationships while achieving at least 90% Red Flag completed calls to reduce churn.
  • Support and manage the kiosk environment in line with agreed operational structures.
  • Maintain productive relationships with all kiosk stakeholders in the region.
  • Map and geo-locate the trader database to ensure accurate, reliable data.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales or field operations.
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
  • Fully computer literate with strong working knowledge of Teams and Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license.
