About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive BDR 1 to drive sales growth and ensure optimal distribution of our products across assigned areas.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets within assigned territories.
• Manage and supervise distributors, including order processing, payments, and redistribution.
• Ensure IB products are stocked in full range at customer and retail outlets.
• Maintain effective merchandising, ensuring brand visibility through POS materials and chillers.
• Ensure chillers are correctly placed in performing outlets and exclusively stocked with IBPLC products.
• Monitor and enforce recommended product pricing at sales outlets.
• Track and analyze competitor activities to inform strategies.

Key Attributes and Competencies:

• Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong local area knowledge.
• Excellent administration and organizational skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-year degree qualification.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or FMCG environment.
