About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive BDR 1 to drive sales growth and ensure optimal distribution of our products across assigned areas.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets within assigned territories.
- Manage and supervise distributors, including order processing, payments, and redistribution.
- Ensure IB products are stocked in full range at customer and retail outlets.
- Maintain effective merchandising, ensuring brand visibility through POS materials and chillers.
- Ensure chillers are correctly placed in performing outlets and exclusively stocked with IBPLC products.
- Monitor and enforce recommended product pricing at sales outlets.
- Track and analyze competitor activities to inform strategies.
Key Attributes and Competencies:
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong local area knowledge.
- Excellent administration and organizational skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-year degree qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or FMCG environment.
