Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a professional Hotel Security Supervisor to oversee hotel security operations, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property. The role involves leading a team of security officers, enforcing security protocols, and maintaining a secure environment in collaboration with other hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule security officers, providing guidance and support

• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems to prevent security breaches

• Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises to identify and address potential risks

• Respond to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, and disturbances, coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary

• Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with security protocols

• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent guest and employee interaction

• Stay informed on security trends and regulations to implement best practices

• Assist in developing and implementing security training programs

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality security

• PSIRA registration

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergencies

• Knowledge of security systems and protocols

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds

• Capable of working in various weather conditions

• Ability to pass background and drug screening
