Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join a high-performing sales team. This role focuses on delivering tailored security solutions while building strong customer relationships and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new customers

Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV solutions, electric fencing, and related security products

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, builders, and developers
-
Follow up on all leads and quotations to maximize conversion rates

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Maintain accurate sales administration and documentation
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience

Matric or equivalent qualification
-
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
-
PSIRA registration
-
Proven sales experience with a successful track record, preferably in capital goods sales

Knowledge of intruder detection and alarm systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or similar systems
Skills and Attributes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet usage
