Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, support, troubleshoot, and develop the ServiceNow platform and its integrations.
- Conduct code reviews and system configuration testing within ServiceNow.
- Lead cross-functional workshops, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify development opportunities.
- Recommend process improvements based on feedback from client groups.
- Research and evaluate emerging ServiceNow technologies.
- Oversee platform upgrades and decommissions.
- Collaborate with partners and vendors to achieve project goals.
- Pursue continuous personal and professional development.
Is this role right for you?
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required).
- ITIL certification (desirable).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical approach.
- Experience in requirements capture and analysis.
- Proficiency in web technologies (XML, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS).
- Knowledge of integration technologies (REST/SOAP) and MID server configurations.
- Energetic, innovative, and open to embracing new technologies.
