What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
Lead, coach, and develop your team to exceed performance targets while maintaining compliance.
Drive productivity, manage attendance, and resolve people-related challenges fairly and efficiently.
Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and support career growth for team members.

Address customer and agent issues, keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
1–2 years of Team Leader/2iC experience in a UK BPO Contact Centre (Energy & Complaints).
Strong coaching and performance management skills.
Proficiency in auditing, KPI tracking, and HR/IR processes.
Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Resilience under pressure and excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Analytical mindset with quick decision-making abilities.
