Job Purpose:
Lead a store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, controlling costs, minimizing risks and stock loss, managing administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Enhance customer service, uphold world-class store standards, manage stock, and implement promotions effectively.
- Minimize Stock Loss: Foster a healthy store culture and adhere to security measures, stock, and cash handling procedures.
- Cost Management: Ensure efficient store operations aligned with the company’s low-cost culture.
- Administration: Perform all administrative duties in line with company guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Train, coach, and manage the performance of a dynamic store team.
- Standards Compliance: Maintain high health, safety, and housekeeping standards in the store.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in English.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business or retail (advantageous).
- 1-2 years of retail leadership experience preferred.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft/Google GSuite advantageous).
