Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to lead and manage the administrative functions within the organization. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in administration, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage and develop a team of operations administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of operations administrators to ensure efficient office operations

• Develop, implement, and maintain administrative procedures and policies to optimise workflow

• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of administrative staff

• Manage departmental budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate reporting

• Collaborate with other departments to provide administrative support for projects and initiatives

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company information

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

• Ability to prioritise, delegate tasks effectively, and solve problems independently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative software

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
