Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a proactive Sales Team Leader to manage and support the sales team, ensuring targets are met and team performance is optimized.
Minimum Requirements
• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative or Team Leader
• Valid driver’s license
• PSIRA registration (Grade C)
Key Responsibilities
• Interview and shortlist potential sales representatives for vacancies
• Load and manage weekly vehicle inspections via the Green Fleet app
• Conduct weekly Sales Field Evaluations (SFE) with reps and report findings to the Regional Sales Manager
• Arrange and accompany reps on group travels and field visits
• Assist in sourcing venues for OPC events
• Train new sales reps both administratively and in the field, and support underperforming team members
• Manage sick leave, AWOL, and attendance issues
• Support allocation and monitoring of traffic fines and PER3 incidents
• Provide technical guidance and assist with OTC paperwork rejections
• Work closely with Direct Sales Administrators to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain overall HR management and team coordination
