Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop strong, in-depth product knowledge
• Educate clients on product features and benefits
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
• Demonstrate determination and drive to succeed

Package & Remuneration:

• Guaranteed monthly earnings
• Uncapped commission
• Weekly and monthly incentives

Required Skills:

• Telesales: 1–2 years
• Outbound Sales: 1–2 years
• Objection Handling: 1 year or less

Candidate Requirements:

• Matric certificate / NQF Level 4
• Minimum of 1 year of call centre sales experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and focused on client satisfaction
