Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care through accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution and professional counselling, in line with Good Pharmacy Practice, UniCare standards, and SAPC regulations.

• Execute all dispensary operational activities efficiently, including responsible stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping, and administration in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.

• Ensure effective patient care and service excellence during night operations by providing reliable advice and support to customers.

• Support the training, coaching, and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Pharmacist Interns in line with SAPC requirements when required.

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Collaborate with clinic and healthcare departments to provide an integrated healthcare offering to customers.

• Live and promote the company values to support the Group’s vision of being the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Essential: B Pharm Degree.

• Essential: Minimum of 2 years’ experience post community service.

• Desirable: Retail pharmacy experience.

• Sound knowledge of SAPC regulations and relevant pharmaceutical legislation.
