The P45 Sales Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting sales growth and store operations. This role involves merchandise presentation and assisting management with daily store activities, ensuring a highly customer-focused and service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Previous sales experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to plan and prioritize daily tasks
• Computer literacy
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work under pressure
• High integrity and initiative

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Protect all store assets, including stock, cash, physical property, staff, and customers
• Implement company policies and procedures effectively
• Maintain store and department layout according to company standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure proper administration of stockroom, markdowns, and lay-bys
• Manage merchandise replenishment and maintain housekeeping standards
