We are looking for a driven Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll oversee the full commercial and operational cycle of road transport movements—from prospecting shippers to finalizing proof of delivery—while building a profitable business portfolio. You’ll work closely with a strong support team and leverage cutting-edge technology to optimize logistics operations. Competitive sales incentives and career growth opportunities make this an exciting and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with clients and transporters, understanding their unique transportation needs, pricing, routes, and account requirements.

Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through calls, research, and networking to expand your client base.

Customer Onboarding: Close deals with new and existing customers to move their freight efficiently.

Negotiation: Secure optimal pricing with both customers and suppliers to maximize profitability.

Load Booking: Continuously secure and manage freight loads with shippers and clients.

Daily Operations: Ensure seamless coordination of daily freight movements, resolving issues to guarantee on-time pickups and deliveries.

Communication: Maintain clear, honest, and proactive communication with all stakeholders.

Growth & Strategy: Drive business growth by following up on leads, optimizing operations, and expanding our market presence.

CRM Management: Track all deal progress using our CRM (Monday.com) for accurate reporting and follow-ups.

Team Collaboration: Provide insights on hiring needs as your accounts grow and require additional support.

Daily Tasks:

  • Prospect and engage leads, documenting every interaction in the CRM.
  • Gather detailed trip specs (commodity, route, volume, equipment) for accurate quotes.
  • Build competitive rates using market insights and transporter quotes.
  • Secure compliant transporters and verify documentation (licenses, insurance).
  • Brief drivers on loading protocols and monitor live tracking for on-time deliveries.
  • Proactively resolve delays and provide real-time updates to clients.
  • Upsell additional services and convert new clients into long-term partners.
  • Analyze BI dashboards for performance insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Plan next-day targets and prioritize urgent shipments before signing off.

Requirements:

Must-Have Experience:

  • 2-5+ years in road freight sales, operations, or logistics.
  • Proven success in new business development and CRM pipeline management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with expertise in pricing and margin management.
  • Hands-on experience in dispatch, tracking, and exception handling.
  • Knowledge of load documentation, PODs, and invoicing.
  • Familiarity with truck types (tautliners, pantechs, superlinks) and load securement.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM/TMS systems, and spreadsheets.

Nice to Have:

  • Existing client or transporter relationships.
  • Experience in bulk commodities, RFQ management, or Contract lanes.
  • Knowledge of telematics, tracking tech, or freight finance (early settlement/fuel benefits).

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary + lucrative sales incentives.
  • Opportunities for further studies and career development.
  • Clear growth path: Coordinator → Senior Coordinator → Team Lead → Sales Manager.
  • Performance-based rewards with uncapped commissions.
  • Regular coaching and data-driven performance tracking.
