Purpose of the Job:
As a Demand Planner, your primary role is to manage and maintain accurate customer demand forecasts by incorporating up-to-date market information. You will work closely with stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights that drive sound business decisions, ensuring a seamless and efficient supply chain.

• Develop and manage accurate customer demand forecasts using current market data.
• Provide supply chain teams with reliable predictions and forecasts to optimize operations.
• Perform detailed sales analysis and strategic planning across various product ranges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data for informed business decisions.
• Validate data and perform integrity testing to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in demand planning or supply chain management.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong customer-centric mindset.
• Critical thinking and proven analytical skills.
• Solutions-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Proven track record of high-quality work delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and forecasting systems.
• Familiarity with SAP, WMS (Infor), statistical modeling, and demand forecasting tools.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
