Purpose of the Job
The Credit and Returns Supervisor (Warehouse) is responsible for managing the end-to-end returns and credits process within the warehouse. The role focuses on accurate administration, documentation control, and effective query resolution to ensure timely, compliant, and accurate processing of returns and customer credits.
Key Responsibilities
Proof of Delivery Management

Process all Proof of Delivery documentation accurately and within agreed timelines

Investigate and resolve all POD-related discrepancies and queries
Customer and Sales Query Management

Handle customer and sales representative queries relating to returns and credits

Ensure professional, timely, and effective resolution of all POD and return-related queries
Inventory Support and Control

Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies linked to returns and credits

Support general inventory control and reconciliation processes
Stock Take Participation

Actively participate in all scheduled stock takes

Manage, maintain, and file all stock take documentation accurately
Returns and Credits Processing

Oversee the receipt, inspection, and processing of returned goods

Update systems and issue customer credits in line with approved procedures

Ensure cancelled orders are correctly returned to stock

Review and process driver-reported damages and returns
-
Ensure all credits are accurate and processed within 24 hours
General Warehouse Administration

Perform general administrative duties related to returns and credits

Maintain organised records to support audit readiness and compliance
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in independently managing warehouse operations will be an advantage
