Role Overview
The Cosmetic Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving cosmetic sales and maintaining a professional, welcoming counter environment. Your knowledge of products and ability to engage with customers through makeovers and product recommendations will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

Conduct professional makeovers and product demonstrations

Maintain in-depth knowledge of your counter’s products and those from other cosmetic houses

Complete administrative tasks and ensure accurate record-keeping

Participate in stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy

Ensure a clean, organised, and visually appealing counter at all times

Coordinate with brand representatives and attend promotional events and activations
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with cosmetic products

Basic knowledge of makeover techniques and application
