Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a highly skilled Control Room Manager to lead and oversee security control room operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in control room management, PSIRA Grade A registration, and a strong track record of reliability, trustworthiness, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all control room operations

• Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security technologies

• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies

• Lead and manage a team of control room operators

• Ensure strict compliance with all security procedures, policies, and protocols

• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation

• Liaise professionally with law enforcement agencies and other security stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in control room operations within a security environment

• Previous management experience in a similar role

• PSIRA Grade A registration

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

• Reliability, integrity, and professionalism

• Ability to perform under pressure and manage high-stress situations
