Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all control room operations

Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security technologies

Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies

Lead and manage a team of control room operators

Ensure strict compliance with all security procedures, policies, and protocols

Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation

Liaise professionally with law enforcement agencies and other security stakeholders
Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in control room operations within a security environment

Previous management experience in a similar role

PSIRA Grade A registration
