About the Program

Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery:
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training in line with approved manuals and current training material
- Identify learning challenges, instructional gaps, and emerging training needs
- Continuously improve training delivery and trainee experience
- Align training needs with organisational requirements
- Monitor trainee progress and provide tailored, developmental feedback
- Complete and distribute training documentation in line with regulatory and internal procedures
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of training material
- Prepare training venues and ensure all resources are available and up to standard
- Stay current with regulations, notices, directives, SOPs, and company policies
Job Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
- Current and valid RSA Cabin Crew Licence (Essential)
- Current SACAA Cabin Crew Instructor designation (Essential)
- Train the Trainer and Assessor certifications (Essential)
- Diploma or training-related qualification (Advantageous)
- Minimum 1,000 hours flying experience as an active Cabin Crew Member (Essential)
- Willingness to travel
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook (Essential)
- Strong knowledge of SACAA regulations (Essential)
- Strong knowledge of SACAA-aligned Standard Operating Procedures (Essential)
- Solid understanding of educational and training techniques and methodologies (Essential)
