MSP Staffing (PTY) LTD is seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join a forward-thinking team. This role involves building robust, scalable systems using modern technologies while working in a flexible, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend applications and services.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize database performance using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Manage caching and version control with Redis and Git.

Requirements:

• BSc, BTech, or National Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in backend development.
• Proficient in PHP and TypeScript.
• Experience with Laravel and NestJS frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Git.
