Are you a driven finance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence? Network Recruitment is seeking an Investment Accounting Manager to lead a high-performing team and ensure the accurate management, reporting, and analysis of investment accounting activities. This role demands technical expertise, strategic oversight, and leadership to drive efficiencies, uphold governance, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting and reporting for investment assets across multiple licensed insurance entities.
- Manage, guide, and develop a team of accountants, fostering skill transfer and growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of investment transactions.
- Review and prepare investment instructions, ensuring policy and mandate compliance.
- Take accountability for reviewing and allocating investment returns across portfolios.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations.
- Drive process improvements, risk management, and internal control adherence.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Financial Management or Accounting.
- Completed Articles/Traineeship.
- Professional qualification (CA/CFA/ACCA/CIMA) advantageous.
- 7–10 years’ experience in accounting and/or investments.
- 3–5 years’ management experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ insurance industry experience.
