Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Coach & Develop – Foster a high-performance team through continuous feedback, motivation, and adherence to company values.
Performance Management – Guide your team to exceed KPIs using our Always Improving Performance Framework.
Operational Oversight – Monitor attendance, conduct coaching sessions, and address performance gaps.
People Leadership – Resolve conflicts, manage absenteeism, and ensure fair disciplinary actions.
Target Achievement – Drive team success in meeting SLAs and client expectations.
Compliance & Professionalism – Uphold high standards while promoting a positive work environment.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Leadership & Technical Expertise – Proven ability to manage performance, staffing, and productivity in a UK BPO environment.
Coaching & Auditing – Strong experience in guiding teams and reviewing performance.
KPI Mastery – Deep understanding of targets and how to achieve them.
Communication – Confident in managing multiple stakeholders under pressure.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years as a Team Leader in a UK Energy & Customer Service BPO
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Strong coaching, auditing, and IR/HR process knowledge
- Resilient under pressure with fluent English (written & verbal)
- Analytical, adaptable, and solution-driven
