Minimum Requirements
- Matric (High school diploma or equivalent)
- Clean ITC and Criminal Record
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Insurance experience
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience
- NQF Level 5 Wealth Management Certificate
- DOFA compliance applies to registered candidates
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a positive, empathetic, and professional manner
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
- Maintain thorough knowledge of funeral service products to answer queries accurately
