About the Role:
The key objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs, driving business profitability while ensuring fair treatment. You’ll engage with clients via inbound calls, handling general inquiries related to contracts and transactions.
Experience:
- Minimum 12 months of unbroken inbound call centre experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Administration experience.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial, or administration industries is advantageous.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Fluent in Tswana, Ndebele, Sepedi, Tsonga, Venda, or Afrikaans.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Clear criminal record.
- Available immediately.
- Fixed-term Contract.
- Own transport (advantageous).
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and respond to customer requests.
- Provide product and service information.
- Resolve customer issues using the in-house system.
- Maintain call logs and reports.
- Assist and escalate irate customers when needed.
- Ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Perform daily administrative tasks and update CRM systems.
- Adhere to company policies and processes.
- Monitor and meet SLAs and handling times.
- Maintain compliance with business and legislative standards.

Salary & Working Hours:
- R9,500 per month.
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00.
- Every second Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00.
