About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Data Analyst to support our business intelligence and reporting team in the financial and insurance sector. You’ll contribute to maintaining critical reports, validating data, and working alongside experienced analysts and engineers to solve challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Power BI dashboards to reflect business needs
- Assist with data extractions and execute SQL queries
- Perform data validation and reconciliations across reporting layers
- Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Support documentation for reports, dashboards, and data definitions
- Participate in data testing and gather user feedback
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 1–2 years’ experience in reporting or data analysis
- Solid understanding of Power BI and data modelling basics
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, pivot tables, formulas)
Preferred
- Exposure to enterprise data tools and documentation practices
- Experience working with cross-functional analytics teams
