Entry Level – IT Support Engineer – Client Facing
Fenics Project Consultancy is seeking a motivated Entry Level IT Support Engineer to join our client-facing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and customer service, providing on-site and Remote support to ensure smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Work within customer SLAs and assigned levels of responsibility.
- Perform on-site hardware installations and remedial repairs.
- Complete tasks assigned by the helpdesk or senior support staff.
- Request backline support when necessary and escalate issues appropriately.
- Close service events promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately update the ticketing system and maintain clear communication with customers.
- Document work performed and handle administrative duties efficiently.
- Attend work and meetings punctually and prepared.
- Follow company policies and maintain organized, professional work areas.
- Dress appropriately for client-facing interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Solid troubleshooting abilities and technical knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
- Experience with remote/telephone desktop support and ticketing systems.
- Network knowledge (wireless, cameras) is a plus.
- Foundational IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop, ITIL Foundation) are beneficial.
