Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of Financial Advisor experience in life and investment products.
- Matric/Grade 12 or SAQA-accredited equivalent (mandatory).
- 120 FAIS Credits (NQF 5) in Wealth Management (CFP preferred).
- RE 5 Certification (non-negotiable).
- Proven sales success with a strong client acquisition track record.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage clients via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Present and sell Discovery-linked financial solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis for personalized client recommendations.
- Maintain daily activity reports (calls, meetings, sales).
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Leverage company tools to assess and address client financial goals.
- Collaborate in lead generation initiatives.
- Update and manage client data in our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing professional development programs.
