Job Summary
Deliver solution-oriented sales and service for Short-term Insurance business risks, providing expert advice tailored to clients’ Personal Lines needs. Engage with customers proactively, servicing requests and reviewing portfolios to build a sustainable client base.
Job Description
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders (clients, bankers, insurers, and life advisers).
- Achieve sales and growth targets in a virtual advice and hybrid model.
- Implement practice management with full compliance adherence.
Minimum Qualification
- FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements (Advice and Intermediary Service).
- FSCA-Approved Qualification.
- Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5).
- Continuous Professional Development.
- Honesty, Integrity, and Good Standing attestation.
Minimum Experience
- 2 years’ experience in Short-term Personal Lines Insurance sales.
Education
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce, and Management Studies.
