Job Summary
To provide solution-orientated sales and service to customers in Short-term Insurance business risks and deliver tailored advice. You will address clients’ short-term insurance needs in Personal Lines, service customer requests, and conduct regular portfolio reviews to build a sustainable client base.
Job Description
Establish and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders (clients, bankers, insurers, and life advisers). Operate in a virtual advice and hybrid model to meet sales and growth targets. Ensure compliance with practice management standards.
Minimum Qualification
- FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements (Advice and Intermediary Service)
- FSCA-Approved Qualification
- Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5)
- Continuous Professional Development
- Attestation to Honesty, Integrity, and Good Standing
Minimum Experience
- 2 years’ experience in short-term Personal Lines Insurance sales
Education
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
