FINANCE & INSURANCE (F&I) MANAGER – WORK AFRICA
Job Summary
The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager at Work Africa is responsible for managing all finance and insurance transactions within the dealership. The role ensures customers receive optimal financing and insurance solutions while maintaining compliance, profitability, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
- NCA (National Credit Act) accreditation (essential).
- Valid driver’s license (essential).
- FAIS accreditation – RE5 (essential).
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an F&I Manager in a franchised motor dealership.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of finance institutions, insurance providers, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange vehicle financing and present tailored solutions to customers.
- Offer insurance, extended warranties, maintenance plans, and value-added products.
- Ensure all F&I processes comply with FAIS, FICA, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Accurately complete and verify all required documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance and insurance legislation.
- Conduct compliance checks to mitigate risks and avoid penalties.
- Build strong customer relationships through transparent communication.
- Resolve customer finance and insurance queries promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximise dealership revenue.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Maintain accurate records of F&I transactions and generate regular reports.
- Manage lender relationships to secure competitive finance offers.
