We are seeking a proactive Sourcing Assistant to join our team, supporting sourcing activities and ensuring smooth coordination across departments and vendors. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Sourcing Coordinators in compiling new brief packs.
- Coordinate the movement of outward and inward-bound parcels.
- Record the movement of garments, swatches, artwork, and colour submissions in the relevant GIS system.
- Deliver garments to and from departments for fit sessions.
- Ensure garments are available for reviews, showings, and other presentations.
- Maintain constant communication with vendors and buyers regarding day-to-day operational issues.
- Support internal payment system activities and local packaging orders.
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth sourcing operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Grade 12.
- 2–3 years’ experience in administration or clerical work, preferably within a clothing retailer or importer.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel and Word.

- High energy levels with a self-motivated approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
