Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance our in-house Life Insurance Policy Administration solution.
- Design and implement front-end and back-end applications using C#, ASP.NET, HTML, and SQL.
- Translate business and customer requirements into functional and user-friendly applications.
- Ensure technical quality through coding standards and automated testing.
- Modify existing software to fix errors, improve performance, and adapt to new system requirements.
- Define technical requirements in collaboration with clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex code challenges.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- A recognized IT/Programming diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Experience in the Life Insurance, Pension, or Financial Services industry.
- Expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
- Previous work on financial or policy administration systems.
- Azure training (Fundamentals, Developing Windows Azure, Web Services).
- Proficiency in Agile methodology, VB.NET, Web Services, DevOps, C#, HTML, ASP.NET, and SQL.
Package & Remuneration
Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
