Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 2+ years of administration experience within the real estate/property industry
- Own transport and valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Xero accounting system
- Knowledge of debtors and creditors
- Basic understanding of lease financials (preferred)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with Airbnb and Booking.com
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and employee levels to achieve professional results. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update property owner contact lists and real estate documentation
- Support Real Estate Analysts and Account Managers with portfolio and site verification
- Assist in managing leases, insurance certificates, amendments, and daily data entry
- Process utility payment reimbursements for Real Estate Analysts
- Perform additional duties as required
