Transnet Rail Infrastructure (TRIM) invites unemployed South African graduates aged 18–35 to join a structured two-year Young Professional-in-Training programme. This initiative combines institutional knowledge and hands-on experience to equip candidates with the skills needed to enhance their employability. The mentored programme includes quarterly assessments to ensure alignment with developmental goals and organizational expectations.
Eligibility Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or BTech (NQF Level 6 or higher) from a Department of Higher Education & Training-registered institution (University or University of Technology).
- Experience: No prior work experience in the field of study is required.
- Citizenship: Applicants must be South African citizens.
Programme Structure
Candidates will participate in a mentored, two-year development journey, gaining exposure to various TRIM departments and functional areas. Progress is evaluated every six months.
