About the Role
The DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR is responsible for ensuring efficient delivery operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving customer satisfaction across distribution channels. This role oversees route execution, manages driver performance, and optimizes supply chain activities to meet operational targets within AB InBev.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Delivery Productivity Management
- Coach and support drivers on MBFU, refusals, and OODD performance.
- Ensure adherence to approved delivery modes and identify opportunities for cost-efficient alternatives.
- Verify master data accuracy and conduct in-trade Owner Driver standard checks.
- Ensure compliance with market visit plans, with a minimum of four days per week, adhering to SOPs and OWDs.
Quality Management
- Embed quality standards within the Route Delivery Execution Process, ensuring team compliance.
- Ensure all employees understand and follow the customer complaint process; track KPIs and implement action plans to improve results.
- Train drivers to identify quality-related issues and apply proper handling methods to minimize errors.
Capacity Occupation and Refusal Management
- Establish and monitor SLA with 2DCP for daily capacity optimization.
- Implement effective communication channels and action plans to manage refusals.
- Ensure return policies are comprehensive, updated, and consistently applied.
Support Service and Social Systems
- Collaborate with CXC to monitor performance and establish routine tracking.
- Foster an environment for cross-functional learning and integration.

Minimum Requirements
- Relevant 3-year tertiary degree or diploma, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service within an FMCG environment.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics operations.
- Valid Code 08 Driver’s License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred.
