Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join the team. This role reports directly to the Billing Manager and is responsible for managing and compiling accurate monthly billing for all services rendered. The successful candidate will ensure that billing aligns with contractual agreements and is processed across multiple systems with precision and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a billing-related role
  • Post-matric qualification in a relevant field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential)
  • Strong understanding of contracts and their interpretation
  • Proven experience working with SAP Billing (essential)
  • Experience in database management
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and compile billing data for accurate invoicing
  • Ensure correct application of contractual terms in all billing processes
  • Maintain and manage the billing database
  • Perform detailed checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing
  • Meet strict deadlines and ensure timely processing of all billing activities
  • Generate reports on various product and service lines
  • Investigate and resolve billing queries efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks
