Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Protect all store assets, including stock, cash, physical property, staff, and customers
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively
- Maintain store and department layout according to company standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure proper administration of stockroom, markdowns, and lay-bys
- Manage merchandise replenishment and maintain housekeeping standards
