Shop Assistant / Cashier X1 – Clicks Group Careers

Introduction
We are looking for a motivated Shop Assistant / Cashier X1 to deliver exceptional service through efficient customer interactions, point of sale (POS) operations, and in-store merchandising, ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Objectives:

• Accurately and efficiently perform all operational activities at the point of sale.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and processing payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to drive sales and ensure they “feel good and pay less.”
• Deliver superior customer service as a visible and approachable brand ambassador.
• Execute and maintain merchandising and housekeeping duties according to store and visual standards.
• Support Clicks’ vision to be the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by living and promoting company values.
• Keep up to date with products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
