Key Responsibilities

• Receive stock from suppliers on the ERP system and bin items accurately on shelves.
• Pick and prepare stock for customer orders with precision and speed.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Analyze warehouse performance data and compile KPI reports.
• Assist over-the-counter customers and identify requested part numbers using existing systems.
• Capture customer orders on the system and provide timely status updates.
• Handle customer calls and emails, providing accurate information and support.
• Process import shipments from overseas suppliers on the ERP system.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for air and sea shipments.
• Create purchase orders for direct and indirect materials and follow up on deliveries.

Skills & Qualifications

• Matric qualification; post-matric qualification is an advantage.
• Strong spoken English and confidence when engaging with customers.
• Good numerical ability and strong attention to detail.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn ERP systems.
• Physically capable of picking and handling stock.
• Genuine interest in warehousing, shipping, and logistics.
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.
