PEP is looking for a Store Manager to lead the team at PepCell Pietermaritzburg The Mall @ Scottsville. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a new store, drive sales, control costs, and ensure world-class retail standards.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high store standards.
• Ensure effective stock management, including accurate pricing and promotional implementation.
• Minimize stock loss by fostering a strong store culture and following security measures.
• Manage costs effectively in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
• Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Lead and develop a dynamic team, focusing on training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain high health, safety, and housekeeping standards in-store.

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Proficiency in English.
• A tertiary qualification in a business or retail-related field is advantageous.
• 1-2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Office or Google GSuite being beneficial.
