Introduction
We are looking for a proactive Shop Assistant / Cashier to deliver exceptional service through efficient customer interactions, point of sale (POS) operations, and in-store merchandising, creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Objectives:

• Accurately and efficiently carry out all operational activities at the point of sale.
• Maintain precision when scanning merchandise and collecting payments, including processing clubcard rewards.
• Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to drive sales and ensure they “feel good and pay less.”
• Act as a brand ambassador by delivering friendly, professional, and visible customer service.
• Maintain and execute merchandising and housekeeping duties according to store and visual standards.
• Support Clicks’ vision to be the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by upholding company values.
• Stay up to date on products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.
