Job Overview
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for driving brand equity growth and strengthening Danone’s market presence. This role focuses on delivering profitable innovation, successful product launches, and long-term brand sustainability. The Senior Brand Manager plays a strategic role in shaping brand strategy while leading cross-functional collaboration to achieve commercial and marketing excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of brand strategies to grow equity and market share

Drive profitable new product launches and ensure sustained performance post-launch

Manage brand P&L with a strong focus on ROI and commercial effectiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing and business plans

Oversee marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery

Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform decisions

Build strong internal and external networks to enhance brand performance
Qualifications

Three-year degree in Marketing or a Business-related field

Honours or post-graduate qualification in Marketing is an advantage
Experience and Skills

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Brand Management within an FMCG environment

1 to 2 years’ experience managing individuals or a marketing team is an advantage

Strong exposure to P&L management and ROI-driven decision-making

Proven experience working effectively within cross-functional teams

Advanced written, verbal, and listening communication skills

Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

Solid project management capability

Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
