Job Description:
Join our dynamic TimberCity Potchefstroom team as an Internal Sales Representative. Your main role will be to manage customer service and sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for sales administration, reporting, and building strong relationships with clients in the building and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to meet clients’ needs.
• Manage sales administration and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
• Set and achieve sales goals aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Uphold and promote TimberCity and BUCO values and company culture.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, ideally within the building/construction industry.
