Job Description
The Quality Systems Manager is responsible for the initiation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of all Quality and Food Safety processes in alignment with the company’s food safety and quality management systems. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, drives continuous improvement, and upholds the highest standards of product quality and safety across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of quality systems and food safety programs.
• Ensure all processes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to maintain compliance and identify improvement areas.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality and safety issues.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality and food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with operations teams to integrate quality initiatives into daily workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product safety, consistency, and overall quality performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in quality management and food safety systems.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality management frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
