Job Objectives

• Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care through accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution and professional patient advice, in line with Good Pharmacy Practice, SAPC regulations, and company standards

• Execute all dispensary operational activities efficiently, including stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping, and administration in accordance with legal and company requirements

• Ensure the operational sustainability of the dispensary by achieving core dispensary and clinic targets

• Support the training, development, and supervision of Pharmacist Assistants and Pharmacist Interns in line with SAPC requirements

• Deliver customer service initiatives that enhance the customer experience, build loyalty, and achieve ClubCard participation targets

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders such as centre management, suppliers, and distribution centres

• Ensure strong integration and collaboration with the clinic and healthcare aisles to provide a comprehensive healthcare offering

• Promote and live the company values in support of the Group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer

Experience

• Retail pharmacy experience
