Job Objectives:

  • Deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, and provide professional advice in line with Clicks’ practices, good pharmacy standards, and SAPC regulations.
  • Manage all operational activities of the dispensary efficiently, including stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping, and administration, ensuring compliance with merchandising, SAPC regulations, and company standards.
  • Ensure the dispensary’s operational viability by focusing on core dispensary and clinic targets.
  • Oversee the training and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Pharmacist Interns to ensure a competent and motivated team in line with SAPC requirements.
  • Implement customer service initiatives that enhance the customer experience, drive loyalty, and achieve club card participation targets.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with centre managers, suppliers, and distribution centres to achieve business objectives and maximize opportunities.
  • Promote integration and collaboration with the clinic and healthcare aisle to provide a comprehensive healthcare offering to customers.
  • Support the Group’s vision to be the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by embodying and promoting company values.

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Essential: Registered Pharmacist with SAPC
  • Desirable: Retail pharmacy experience
  • Desirable: Experience with Unisolve
