About the Program:
The Mobile Unit Team Leader drives the execution of SIM strategy in the region, leading mobile teams to grow VABS performance, improve field efficiency, and deliver consistent activation results.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Execute project plans in line with the SIM strategy to increase VABS performance within the region.
• Lead and manage the daily activities and productivity of Mobile SIM Agents.
• Grow and maintain a strong base of active Mobile Agents.
• Ensure Mobile Agents consistently achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Manage stock distribution to each Mobile Agent to maximise efficiency and availability.
• Ensure all Mobile Agents are accurately captured and maintained on Geo Rep.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is well maintained and that the PDP driver’s license remains valid at all times.
• Coordinate and execute all network campaigns effectively.
• Lead and deliver ad hoc projects as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric qualification.
• Valid driver’s license with PDP.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• High level of flexibility and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and extended hours when required.
