Key Responsibilities
Systems, Processes and Administration

Prepare samples timeously for meetings and presentations

Maintain an efficient and well-organised filing system

Ensure a consistent administrative approach within the department

Identify and suggest improvements to administrative processes

Manage sample control and tracking effectively

Ensure samples are delivered to relevant stakeholders timeously, including Suppliers, Buyers and Quality Assurance
-
Maintain fit rails and coordinate the movement of samples between departments

Keep an organised and up-to-date archive area
Qualifications and Experience

Matric
-
Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
